Chanced Casino Complaints February 2025
Today we looked at the sweepstakes casino Chanced Casino to see any issues they might have been having in recent weeks as we head into February 2025.
This two-year-old social casino is fast making a name for itself. They feature over 550 Vegas-style slots from some of the most prestigious game developers in the industry.
Chanced.com does support cryptocurrency payments.
What is a Social Casino?
Social casinos are online game platforms that mimic the real money online casinos but, instead of making an actual deposit, social casinos use virtual currencies.
These social casinos are profitable as customers will eventually be tempted to make purchases and use real money to play a wider range of games.
Chanced Casino February Promotions
The promos are not well publicized (or publicized at all) for us newbies. So there's that.

These are real reviews from real people courtesy of TrustPilot. Gambling911.com has taken the time to dig deep so you don't have to.
El Chapo expressed disappointment with the apparent removal of their monthly promos.
"This site used to advertise a monthly bonus, after months and months of messaging them and them telling me that monthly has not been rolled out yet... and that it would be very soon, and that they are working on it behind the scenes, they finally tell me that they don't offer a monthly bonus..... and then proceed to remove the monthly bonus advertisement from their website. 100% deceptive practice and i have all the screenshots to prove this. You can run a good sweeps platform without lying to your customers. chanced.com definitely does NOT run a good platform and 100% lies to customers."
There appeared to be some support issues during the month of January.
Vic writes:
"Won $100 and submitted redemption on 1/9, still haven't received and support is ghosting me and closing unresolved tickets I created. This is despite receiving a confirmation email that my redemption is on the way."
Andrew K writes:
"I spent countless money on this site made it to VIP, finally won a small amount (under 500), and they close my account. When I asked why, they just keep ignoring and closing out my messages. Cannot get an answer. DO NOT play here unless you're prepared to spend thousands and if you finally win have your account closed and get ghosted by all support."
Then there is this detailed experience from Ashley Cornell:
"I am extremely disappointed with Chanced Social Casino and feel obligated to warn others about their shady practices. I’ve been trying to redeem for weeks now, and they outright refuse to let me do so. Despite following all the requirements and ensuring everything was in order on my end, my redemption requests keep getting ignored without any clear explanation.
"What’s even worse is their complete lack of customer service. I’ve submitted multiple support tickets, but they’ve all been ignored. There’s no acknowledgment, no follow-up, and no effort to resolve the issue. It feels like they’re dodging customers on purpose, and it’s beyond frustrating.
"This platform markets itself as fun and engaging, but it quickly becomes apparent they have no intention of honoring their promises. They’re happy to take your money, but when it’s time for them to fulfill their end, they’re nowhere to be found.
"I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been so bad that I want to make sure others don’t fall into the same trap. Chanced Social Casino is untrustworthy, unresponsive, and operates like a scam. Avoid them at all costs! There are far better and more reliable platforms out there."
Slayiz3D also had a redemption issue but received a response from Chanced.com:
"Editing my review since I got a response from support saying sometimes redemptions get flagged for manual review. I'll update this with a 5 star if my money comes through. Either way I'll be back to update this.
"Original case: made a redemption for a couple hundred and right afterwards everything got locked down and didn't work on the site and no redemption was made so far. Support being a bit dodgy as well."
Candice Cook relayed her experience, titling her review "I Really Liked Chanced, Until I Didn't". It's detailed:
"I really liked Chanced and had them pegged as a great choice up until the point where I made a redemption. I chose instant transfer and it looked promising as I received an email fairly promptly saying it was processed and should arrive shortly, but that was several hours ago and it has yet to arrive. I wouldn't be surprised if I had opted for a typical ACH transfer, but if it's being called "instant" I expect it to arrive as advertised. I was further disappointed when I tried to discuss it with someone via live chat because they weren't actually chatting with me in real-time and have since closed my ticket(s) as resolved with no explanation nor actual resolution. ** I will update my review if anything changes.**
***UPDATE*** 01/16/2025
"I submitted another support ticket regarding my missing redemption today and I finally got a useful response to my inquiry. Live support informed me that occasionally a redemption will get flagged for manual review and approval before it is processed and deposited which typically I would have no issue with, especially if they let me know prior to requesting a redemption that it's a possibility, but personally, after the way they have handled everything up to this point(or really not handled it) I seriously don't see myself continuing to use the site. I just can't get past the way they all but ignored all my attempts to get my issue resolved or at the very least receive some sort of satisfactory explanation as to what was happening and why...(something that imo they should have done immediately once it was flagged for review.) Honestly, I feel like they are just giving me a hard time because I won enough to redeem $100 off my little thirty cent daily bonus and I've never made a purchase with them."
